There are three personal fundraisers this fall designed to help you offset the cost of the band trip and fees.
Holiday Flowers – Coming in September
The Spring Flowers fundraiser with Foertmeyer and Sons was a big hit, so we’re bringing it back again this fall with their Holiday Flowers. The sale will begin early – Sept 17 and will end Oct. 8. Flowers will be delivered November 21. Sales will be online as they were in the spring and students will get a catalog in class on Sept. 16. INCLUDED WILL BE INSTRUCTIONS WITH THEIR PERSONALIZED SALES CODE. Students will need to sign up online with their code to set up their online store. If you have questions, reach out to Wal Ozello. OSU Concession Stands – Starting on September 21st
We will “kick off” the OSU Concession Stands personal fundraiser in September. Those interested in the next opportunity, the OSU football game vs. Miami (OH) on 9/21, should be at least 18 years old and available from 11 am until an hour after the game ends. If you are interested, please contact Sean Driscoll.
Butter Braids – Coming in October
Immediately following the Holiday Flowers, students will have the opportunity to sell Butter Braids as we did last year. Sale will begin Oct. 9 and end on October 23. Product will be delivered on November 21 – the same day as flowers. Details are coming soon. Please direct any questions to Ty McDonald.
Our annual car wash fundraiser is coming up on Saturday, June 1st, 9 AM – 3 PM in the parking lot behind Monro Muffler in Tremont Center.
Each band member going to Disney is expected to participate on the day of the car wash, as is an adult from each family. Please sign up for a shift to volunteer.
Don’t miss this great opportunity – 90% of the sales go directly to the student’s travel account (the other 10% goes to buying the car wash materials.)

Students and parents need to sign up to volunteer here. Each band member going to the Fiesta Bowl is expected to participate on the day of the car wash as well as an adult from each family. Band members will sell pre-sell car wash tickets. The money from the pre-sale tickets will go into the students individual travel account. Any tips or car washes sold the day of the car wash will be distributed pro-rata to the members participating based on shifts worked on June 3 at the car wash. We understand if you have a previous commitment, but it will take all of us to make this a success! If you are unable to help the day of the car wash, email us to let us know as we will need help distributing flyers around UA.
