Just a reminder that the spreads and after parties hosted each home game are a fun tradition of the Marching Band. There are just a few simple rules to bear in mind. Spread and after party hosts are welcoming over 100 people to their homes, so please make their job easier by picking up after your meal. All band students are invited to the after parties, which end promptly at 11:45. The after parties are intended for UAMB students only – no other students or friends are permitted to attend. Once a student has left the after party, they cannot return. Following the rules keeps the spreads and parties fun for everyone!
FYI, you may now check you student’s Charms account for trip balances, but the September payments will not be posted to their accounts until the end of this week.
Be sure you are checking Charms for your student’s balance-to-date for the upcoming Fiesta Bowl trip.

- Payments / credits from fundraisers may take up to 2 weeks to appear in Charms
- Remember there is a small transactional fee taken from your payment
- Confirmation of the amount of your final payment for December is expected in late October / early November
