UAMB will make the switch from Charms to CutTime in May.
Charms will cease to be available as they have been acquired by CutTime. Any existing balances will be transferred to the new system. CutTime will be utilized for
  • band fee and sign payments
  • communications
  • volunteering
  • calendar management
  • document handling, and more.
At all upcoming UAMB events, a designated table will be available for attendees to verify their information in CutTime for accuracy in the new system. Once most of the data has been migrated to the new system, which is anticipated to occur in early May, individuals will receive their “Magic Link” for access. Meanwhile, returning families are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the new system by exploring the provided videos in this link. The essential starting point is the “Parents and Guardians Dashboard via Magic Link” video located at the bottom. Further details will follow, and attendees are requested to check in at the CutTime table before the May 1st performance.
